Zach's Special Day
Steven and David were so kind to coordinate their special days so that we could attend both in one long visit. We flew to Arizona for Zach's baby blessing one weekend, spent a day exploring Mesa, then drove to Utah (via Moab) for Beckham's baptism the next weekend, before driving back to Phoenix (via Las Vegas) to fly home. Lots of fun memories of a great trip!
William loves numbers! Here he is counting the pages in the hymnbook. That's one way to keep quiet in church! Back at home we had a delicious lunch and visited with Nicala's family, at least those who weren't home sick.
Active children are difficult to corral for taking pictures, so no family picture, but we did get one of Zach with his parents before the day was over, along with a few with Grandpa.
It's too bad that someone's finger got in the way, but I want to remember that one of William's favorite activities is to "read" his Book of Mormon by reading every single page number!
Lynelle is quite proud of the fact, and rightfully so, that she can fix her own ramen noodles for lunch.
Dinner at Organ Stop Pizza is a fun tradition! Thanks, Zach, for being born and giving us an excuse to visit!
