Hugh Taylor Birch State Park - The Paddleboard Visit

On our last visit to this state park, we rented kayaks; next on the rental list were the stand-up paddleboards. They were pretty expensive, and I had a poor experience the last time we tried paddleboarding, so I decided to let Wayne have some fun on the water while I sat on a bench and read a book. Both of us had a fabulous time with our separate activities.

After Wayne's fun excursion, we said good-bye to Long Lake and drove over to the Intracoastal side for our delicious barbecue. We weren't expecting to see many boats, and we didn't see any huge yachts, but we did enjoy watching a few boats along with the water taxis.
