Beach Day - Ft. Lauderdale Central

 

It's been a busy spring and summer, so this was only our second beach day of the year (here's the first one), but we finally were able to schedule another one - this time also in Ft. Lauderdale, the "central" section. It was a beautiful day! 

Our "beach" book rates this beach a "4" and we agreed. The cost of parking was a bit steep, but it was less than a block away from the ocean (corner of Seabreeze and Poinsettia). You can find restrooms at a city park on Los Olas Boulevard. It was a bit seaweedy today, but that's not the beach's fault, and while there was plenty of sand for lots of people to set up chairs and umbrellas, it wasn't a long walk to the water.
