Ocean Ridge Natural Area

Ocean Ridge Natural Area has no designated parking lot. We could have boated into the little lagoon and moored a boat, but we don't have one. Instead, we parked at the Boynton Beach's Ocean Front Park and walked about a mile south to the pedestrian entrance. Then we used the boardwalk built over the mangrove swamp to walk to the pier.

We detoured just a bit to the observation tower, but other than a few spiders, there wasn't much to see. I guess the trees have grown since it was built.

All in all, it was a beautiful, peaceful day. We enjoyed exploring this little piece of our beautiful world.
