Golf Day

Our county has a lot of golf courses. While most of them are private clubs, there are a few public ones. Brad's family thought it would be fun to have a new experience, so off we went to John Prince Park. The first order of business was to rent some clubs (which they graciously let us borrow), get a couple buckets of balls and go to the driving range and putting green. Our technique might have been atrocious, but we had fun!

Then it was off to try the 3-hole practice course. Another group was already at the first tee, and it was a bit boring waiting our turn, but having some snacks helped. Half of us were cheerleaders; can you guess which half actually played?

We had a marvelous time on this beautiful spring day!
