Lynelle's Special Day

I just love the excitement shown by our grandchildren on their baptism days! Lynelle was no exception. Look at those smiles!

During the service, Lynelle and her friend sang "I Feel My Savior's Love" accompanied by their moms on the piano and violin. It was beautiful and brought me to tears, especially since it brings back memories of my mom and her life. Fortunately, I was able to control my emotions before sharing my remarks. I was also touched by Steven choking up during the ordinance. What a special opportunity for a father to baptize his daughter. We're so proud of them.

After church on Sunday, we took her to the Mesa Temple and enjoyed walking the grounds and visiting the visitor's center. We had a wonderful weekend celebrating her choice to follow Jesus!
