Lake Okeechobee Scenic Trail - Day 2

On our second day of hiking the dike, we started where we left off at the South Bay Campground and made it to Paul Rardin Park in Belle Glade before turning around. Along the way we passed several solar weather stations, the bridge at Torrey Island, abandoned sheds, and the beautiful "black gold" fields for which Belle Glade is known. Surprisingly, this is not a boring trek.
