WOW 2024 - Day Three - North Beach State Park
We got an early start on the 4th of July, with a delicious breakfast and packing of lunches. Then it was off to North Beach State Park, on the Idaho side of Bear Lake.

Uncle Hayden had some great assistants to help him get the boat in the water. Unfortunately, once it was unloaded, they discovered engine trouble. Fortunately, the rest of us hadn't left yet, so we rearranged transportation plans and left the boat at the house. Although it would have been nice to have some fast boat rides, everyone was content with a couple of kayaks and inflatables. We had a fantastic time!
One of our favorite memories of the day was sharing potato chips with Wilber. He loved the mysterious hand grabbing his hand from underneath the table!
After everyone had enough sun and sand, we returned for more fun at the house, including the opportunity to select their "temple" which would be turned into a fun Christmas project for me.
This was also Independence Day. In our family the celebration includes birthday cake. Happy Birthday to Me!
