Riverwalk

This trail was originally a loop, but part of it is closed due to erosion, so we went as far as we could one direction, then turned around and went to the road (trail) block the other way. Some was along the river, and some through the adjacent prairie. This was actually a nice little hike.

Along the way we noticed this fishing pier, and decided we had plenty of time and energy to walk out to the end. Doing so gave us a nice view of the Chicago skyline in the distance.

With signs like this all over the place, who would choose to swim at these beaches?
