December's Staycation

This year's December staycation started off with dinner at Okeechobee Steakhouse! 

This time we tried the Porterhouse for Two (nice, but we don't need to have it again), along with Scallops in Chili Sauce (delicious), Roasted Brussels Sprouts (not our favorite), and a surprisingly good Bread Pudding for dessert.

This visit also marked the milestone of having tried all of their desserts. While our favorites were the Chocolate Mousse, Coconut Cream Pie, and even the Peanut Butter Pie, all of them were delicious.

The next morning we explored Royal Poinciana Way, along with Sunrise and Sunset Avenues. We weren't interested in entering any of the stores, so it didn't take long. 

After a delicious lunch, we headed home. We even saw some interesting Christmas decorations. What a fun staycation we enjoyed!
