We reached another new milestone this year - our oldest grandchild was ordained a deacon. Does that mean we're getting old? Hopefully not, because we don't feel old!
Because of responsibilities in Belle Glade, we didn't attend their meetings, but after our sacrament meeting, we drove to their building and were able to participate in the actual ordination. Afterwards we spent a nice, relaxing afternoon at their house. We love visiting with our co-grandparents, and were grateful Roger and Linda were able to be in town for this special event.
One of Wyatt's family's monthly Sunday traditions is to practice the God-like attribute of creativity. It was a treat to be able to join in on this little painting activity. Isn't it amazing how different each artistic creation turned out, even when following the same directions from the instructor?
