Not only is this a county natural area, it's an "outstanding" natural area! As is usually the case, we quite enjoyed our visit to this spot near the Jupiter Inlet. One of the unique aspects of this natural area is the various distinct habitats, which include spots along the Intracoastal Waterway, a couple of different wooded areas, and finally a view of the iconic lighthouse.
This was the perfect short hike - with some sandy trails, some dirt trails, some wood chip trails, and even some concrete sidewalk - to break in my new hiking boots!
