Bear Lake Reunion - Picture Posing


It takes a lot of work to capture a large group of people all looking at the camera at the same time; smiling is a bonus! Thank you, Michelle, for your efforts to help us remember our time together. Thank you, Grandpa, for keeping Theo entertained while his mom was busy.

Practicing handsome smiles with the phone first, plus the promise of a "silly" picture after, helped get a beautiful portrait of Weston's family.

The promise of candy when we were done with the picture-taking session helped keep most of the kids focused for most of the time. We might want to try a more neutral-colored treat in the future, but at least the blue suckers (in honor of our next grandson) will not be easily forgotten.



And, just so we can have them all in one spot, here are candid pictures of our missing families (taken on our pre-reunion visits). Imagine the fun we'd have had with these additional 2-year-olds!
