Red Reef Park

This post is being created several years after the activity, but fortunately I have a journal entry to help me remember that this was a wonderful start to our exploration of the Broward County beaches:

"Wednesday we had my most favorite beach trip ever, and that's saying something! It was warm (85 degrees) but not windy or too humid. The waves were calm, increasing a bit the longer we stayed. Red Reef Park in Boca had some off-shore rocks very near the shore and we remembered to take our masks and snorkels, so we used them. I saw several varieties of fish. It was just a gorgeous day, very relaxing."
