Sunrise Post #33

We had planned to watch the sunrise at this post last month, but I figured our arriving time at sunrise instead of first light, so we were too late. We didn't make that mistake this time, and we were rewarded with a beautiful show.

When we do this activity in January, we have the beach to ourselves. It was actually pretty crowded this time, although we weren't in any danger of non-social-distancing problems.

It was nice to have a little outing, but fortunately, we don't need to be at the beach in order to watch a beautiful sky. Here was the sunrise view from our balcony at home the day before our beach trip.

I'm so grateful our daily morning walks around the neighborhood offer the opportunity to see beautiful sunrises almost every day!
