The planned YSA activity this week was to learn how to make pizza. Since one of the last activities was watching Despicable Me 2 at the theater, Michelle had the brilliant idea to make a minion pizza. I think it turned out great, and they had a lot of fun creating it.
They used our
regular pizza crust recipe, but decided to make it a
"stuffed crust" version. The toppings were mozzarella cheese, black olives and pineapple, with just a touch of pepperoni. Delicious!
