The hike to Ramsey Cascades was another strenuous one - 4 miles up and then 4 miles back. There were a few more people on this trail as well - we passed 58 other hikers. Oh, and we even caught glimpses of a couple of bears! Fortunately, they ran away before I could get the camera out and focused.

And I even tried taking a video because still pictures of waterfalls don't give the same effect.
Jeff decided that hiking up and down a mountain wasn't enough exercise, at least not for his biceps, so he took advantage of the opportunity to do some pull-ups while we prepared lunch.
