The Art of Eating Pancakes

Waking up to a houseful of strangers is more palatable when they share their pancakes with you.

Note: The coconut pancakes (sprinkle some on the batter before flipping) were delicious, especially with apricot syrup.  Of course, the chocolate chip ones were favored by the boys.
