More Vacation: EFY
The very first thing on our calendar for the summer of 2010 was a trip to Provo so Steven and Michelle could attend Especially for Youth. By the time they could choose which week to attend, we did know that there should be a niece or nephew to visit, so they picked a week later in the summer. It was so nice of Brad to coordinate his wedding day around their planned trip. So, once the wedding was over, we headed south again.
The first stop was a tour of David's new apartment, 
complete with an alert grandson
and a delicious meal. Thanks Elizabeth!
Then the next day we were off to BYU!
It was a little gratifying when they each expressed regret for not being able to participate in the family activities we had planned for the week, but we knew they'd have a fabulous experience on their own. And they did!
