...We have a simple family recipe for donut holes. <br />cup of sugar<br />cup of milk<br />two eggs beat fine as silk<br />baking power; teaspoons two<br />a pinch of salt and nutmeg will do.<br /><br />Add flour until the consistency is a stiff batter, but not quite a dough. Fry on medium heat until cooked through. Put some sugar in a paper bag, put in some donut holes and close the top.
